With 15 years’ experience in tech, my brain now naturally puts order to complexity. I’ve defined and led the implementation of strong content strategy and systems that give consistency and simplicity to multiple cross-functional teams.

Understanding the user through real data and research is my north star to driving measurable improvements in the user experience.

I'm energised by ambiguity always keen to resolve it and work best on hard problems where content decisions are also product decisions.

I also occasionally write personal essays with mental and emotional wellbeing at its heart.
